J.P. Haynes is a multidisciplinary creator with roots in theatre, television, and film, bringing an unfiltered understanding of the grit behind the glam. Her creative journey began with the acclaimed Selma the Musical, later adapted into a four-episode limited series.
As the Founder of Infecting Change Productions (ICP) and Infecting Change Television (ICTV), a streaming network that debuted in 2020, J.P. has built a creative empire dedicated to authentic storytelling and cultural transformation. Under the ICP umbrella, she also launched BlaXperience Media (BXM), a short-form content platform amplifying Black voices and stories across the globe.
Today, J.P. continues to expand the Infecting Change brand through writing, producing, and content distribution that span 3D and immersive experiences, scripted television, comedy specials, feature films, and live theatre. As her global influence expands, J.P. is a part of the leadership team and an anchor for the strategic development at Warner Music Group as a creative lead for new, innovative concepts around Ai assisted music, storytelling, and story development in tv and film.
J.P. is also one of the Executive Producers of ATL World Cup Fest. A 40 day multi-site, first of its kind fan experience in the host city of Atlanta for the 2026 World Cup. This cultural experience is positioned to be the largest global moment in Atlanta since the 1996 Olympics.
Through Infecting Change Productions, which is entering its 10th year of production execution, she continues to produce and partner with some of the world’s largest brands, bringing forth new content that blends innovation, education, and cultural resonance and through A&E 360º, J.P. is an integral part of the team that is offering something both rare and necessary: a creative model rotted in ownership, authorship, legacy and infrastructure.
